Kendriya Adhikari Pravas – Odisha

A two-day Kendriya Adhikari Pravas was organised by Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal (BSM), Purva Kshetra in collaboration with the Kendriya Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya, Sadashiv Parisar, Puri, Odisha on January 17-18, 2026.

The event served as a platform for organisational strengthening and deep-diving into the future of Indian education. The entire event was graced by Shri Durga Prasad Sahu Ji (Kshetra Karyavah, RSS) and Shri Prabhat Mahapatra Ji (Director, CSU Puri), for both the days. The day-wise sessions were as follows:

Day 1: “Organisational Vision and Structure” The opening day focused on the internal mechanism and the ideological foundation of the Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal. Key Speaker: The session was led by Shri B.R. Shankaranand Ji, the Hon’ble All India Organising Secretary of BSM. Structural Briefing: He introduced the comprehensive organisational structure to the karyakartas (workers) and prant adhikaris (provincial officers). Objective: He emphasized in his session that a well-defined structure is the backbone of any movement. Shri Shankaranand Ji detailed the pivotal role of each worker in carrying out the organisation’s mission of educational reform.

Day 2: Policy Reform and “Viksit Bharat” The second day the focused towards national policy frameworks and the vision for a developed Bharat. Key Themes: Detailed discussions were held on the National Education Policy (NEP) and the integration of the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) into modern pedagogy. Legislative Focus: A major highlight was the deliberation on the Viksit Bharat Adhishthan Shiksha Bill 2025. BSM’s Strategic Role: Attendees discussed how Bhartiya Shikshan Mandal would play a critical role in grassroots for the implementation of this bill to ensure that education becomes a tool for national resurgence.

On this occasion, Purv kshetra sampark Adhikari Dr. Neeta Bajpai And Akhil Bharatiya Yuva Gatividi pramukh Dr. Amit Rawat , Odisha purv prant adhyaksh prof Sharat Kumar Lenka and prant secretary Dr vishwaranjan Ghosh, professor Chakradhar Tripathi prant adhyaksh (Odisha paschim) Dr. Umesh Singh, Prant Vistarak, ( Odisha Pashchim) and Sh. Shlok Pandey, Vistarak, (kolkata mahanagar) with the Karyakartas of the entire kshetra were present.
